The texture of these cookies is about half-way between soft and firm. There’s just enough crunch to them to make them enjoyable. Your friend Sandra sounds like she has a tasty recipe.

The ime it took to take the photo was longer than the time it took to make the arrangement disappear.
That is a very tasteful arrangement. It would have been hoovered down here before my finger could hit the snap button on the picture taker!
